  30. I used to have them too. Then I reduced the speed on my serial-port from
  31. 57600 to 38400 bps, and then the problems were reduced dramatically.

  33. However, when I do FTP I still have to download to RAM. Otherwise, every
  34. time the harddrive light flashes, the Send Data LED on the modem goes
  35. out, and this in turn causes the Receive Data LED to stop after a
  36. moment. Then everything gets quiet for a variable period. I've recently
  37. ordered a MultiFaceCardIII in the hope that this will help.
